Back to School New Shoes, Socks & Underwear Events

Each year Community Clothes Closet hosts a New Shoes, Socks & Underwear Event for school age children in our communities.  We time the event to coincide the NW ISD and Ponder ISD school openings and events.

Our Annual Purse Auction if the major fund raiser for our Back to School Promotion.

Over the years many community partners have helped us bless our families and children:

Denton County Cowboy Church has served hotdogs, snow cones and water to our families.  Les Macsas provides the popular popcorn.

100 Dentonites, CoServ, Denton County Cowboy Church, Rebels For A Cause Denton County, Lady Wildhorse Lady Niners at Robson Ranch and many other organizations and individual friends have helped fund our purchases.

AND we couldn't make this happen without our FABULOUS VOLUNTEERS!

We are so blessed.

“ I never understood how important these events were until I was checking out new socks and underwear for six kids.

Thankful for people like you to help with the not so little things.” LP 8/19
